A better idea

In the news I see Eric Holder has kicked out the idea that gun owners have a electronic bracelet which he says will make us safer and allow only the owner to fire the gun.
Apart from showing his total ignorance and the fact you will stand a better chance of shoving a snowball up a wild cat's butt with a hot poker than making this fly the real reason I am sure is to identify the gun owners to everyone including police. I have a better idea which will serve the same purpose to them, just open carry, this will clearly allow everyone to see who the gun owners are.
I don't want to hide anything.

  1. I'm with you, Duke. I'd rather have everyone know I'm packing so the threat goes away first glance, or at least evens the odds...

  2. wanna hear a funny story, buddy? the other day jam was working at LobstersRUs...it is a big lobster/ crab holding facility in a village nearby where all of the lobster/crab fishermen bring in their day's catches to be weighed and paid. jam is doing IT consulting for them but he is often on the mainfloor with the techs and wiring guys. one guy came running in and said there was an "effin seal" in the harbour. they hate seals around here because they eat all of the fish and whatnot. so a guy who was working on the electricity puts down his tools, goes out to his truck, comes back with a .22 and heads out to the harbour. jam and all the other workers were watching out the window. that seal popped his head up once and buddy shot him clear through the head. problem solved.

i am pretty sure that the guy doesn't have his proper, recquired by Canadian law PAL. the reason why is that jam gets a real good laugh when he shows people here that he has one. like a really good laugh. i love living here Duke. they don't give a crap about any laws. that, plus the fact that there is no one here to enforce any laws. you'd love it up here buddy!

glad you're back and glad that you got some rest! your friend,

  4. No comments from the 'better to conceal all the time' crowd... surprised.
I open carry a lot, when I get out of the vehicle I don't care about always covering up and sometimes it would be obvious anyhow with a full size. Sure, some people might stare, scoff, frown... but unless I'm jamming it against their head they should be thankful someone has the balls to make an effort to protect themselves.

  6. On the bright side if there is one, We only have to put up with these idiots for two more years. On the down side, they know they only have two years left to screw up the whole country even more. Lets hope America has had enough of the Liberal Leadership and wake up in time to make CHANGE again, hopefully for the better.

    1. Yeah, and then it will be a choice between another Bush or the Bitch of Benghazi. We are so screwed. It almost makes me wish the shooting would start soon. We damn sure aren't going to vote our way out of this. Holder can kiss my ass. Why isn't that asshole in a jail cell? He was found in contempt of congress. They have a Sgt at Arms and jail cells right there in the building. He should be locked up until he produces the papers pertaining to fast and furious.

    2. The more dumb ideas they come up with the more ridiculous they look. hopefully 0bama will fade off to a real third world country where he CAN be king forever.

  7. The only reason they want this silly gun is because the firmware on the microprocessors is already set up to respond to the government's RF (radio frequency) shut down order when they decide they don't want you to have a working gun. Anyone buying this is a FOOL.

    1. Matt, they can dream all they want and even IF they could make all guns conform to this technology it would be easy to bypass however I loose no sleep over them making this stupid notion work. For one thing major gun makers would have to make them and I see none scrambling to do it.

  8. Ah, that'll never work for the government, it makes too much sense and doesn't spend any taxpayer money, nice try anyway . . . :^)
