I did a post yesterday about fixing up old stuff and making it better if necessary.
Here is a perfect example, here is and old farm truck which you would think is just another rusty relic.......
Notice the time on the board at the end and top speed.
This would be fun race against a foreign sports car snob.
I want it...that truck has class.
ReplyDeleteI could have fun with this on the street. Thanks.
DeleteWow - character and speed, what more could you ask for???
ReplyDeleteI like these old 'sleepers' they are neat for sure.
DeleteDuke,
ReplyDeleteMy husband would love this truck. Right now he has an old Ford and this thing can haul ass. (oops)
I like old trucks as well. thanks Sandy.
DeleteThat is just way too cool!
ReplyDeleteHermit Jim, glad you enjoyed. Thanks my friend.
DeleteDear Duke - sorry i haven't been around but i have caught up on all of your posts and sent jambaloney to your previous post - he will really enjoy that! our internet has been on the blink for several days but seems fine now.
ReplyDeletei looooove truck and i love it when people have the ingenuity to fix things and get 'em working top knotch. that is what jambaloney and i are trying to learn....Stephen's right - that truck has class!
your friend,
kymber
Kymber, thanks. I thought about naming the post about geese 3 days ago "Canadian Welfare" but decided against it. Glad to have you back on line my friend.
Deleteya - i was going to comment on that post. but that's what happens when you let a bunch of Canadian geese hang out in the sun eating grapefruit and loving Obama...heck, i bet he will even let the geese vote in the upcoming election - bahahahahahah!
DeleteLOL, NOT the first one of those I've seen... There was one that used to show up at Pomona TOWING a race car, then get out there and turn low 11 sec times... The car was turning low 9 sec... :-) And none of the rice burner crowd wanted ANYTHING to do with that pickup after one race!!!
ReplyDeleteOld NFO, it is fun to watch these kind of sleeper vehicles who nobody suspects. Thanks.
ReplyDeleteThat it is... Friend of mine down in SC has a beat up old primered 70's Impala with a 502 Mouse Motor in it... :-)
