Gun Confiscation

Some of you may have seen this video but it is worth watching in light of recent events. It deals with gun confiscation in New Orleans after Katrina. The differences I see in a nation wide situation is it will be harder for authorities to cover every county, city and state without being spread very thin and therefore being extremely vulnerable.
Watch this with the perspective of how you would react and notice the mistakes some of these made due to being caught off guard.
 Learn from history.

  1. Point made...I'll forget this bit of our nation's history. Like you said, it'd be awful difficult for the authorities to take weapons nationwide. And, very dangerous for those forced into such actions.

    1. It is sobering and there were lots of 'mistakes' made by many on both sides of the issue.

  2. Confiscation is a declaration of war. The peoples' congress does not have to meet.
    The unorganized Militia is everywhere.

    1. Anon, I doubt they will try it at first. The first step is reregistration and all the sheeple will comply.

  3. Not pretty, and it WILL get worse rather quickly if they go forward on a national scale...

  4. if you don't trust the authorities to protect you (and in the case of Katrina, they most certainly didn't), then you need to be able to protect yourself - this was a bogus call by the authorities.

i doubt your federal government is THAT dumb!

    cheers!
