Sometimes I get so ticked off, I have expressed this before but I can't for the life of me understand why Google is so bent on being Anti-American or Anti-Christian. They routinely ignore Christian holidays and National events and yet will honor the birthday some Mexican goat herder who died of aids over 100 years ago.
Today is a good example of their "In your face, we hate America"
Today is the anniversary of "D Day", without a doubt one of the most important days in our fight to stay free (and the freedom of the whole world for that matter)
So what does Google think is the most important event this day in history to honor on their home page?
The 79th anniversary of the drive in movie theater.

True to fashion today is Halloween and Google chooses to honor it on their home page even though it is strictly an American tradition. I guess I should be glad they are setting a precedent and I am sure they will also honor Thanksgiving and Christmas (both Christian holidays) in the same way.
