Menace to society

I was watching Fox news and heard this story
It is about the boy pictured here. He is Josh Welch, a 7 year old  boy from Baltimore Maryland who was eating a strawberry tart in the lunch room at his elementary school when he nibbled his tart in the shape of a gun and was  suspended for 2 days for violating the schools policy on guns. Teachers and school administrators like this are idiots, for once I wish someone would sue the school system over stuff like this.
Is it any wonder our country is in the shape it's in when we let fools like this teach the children and we honestly don't know why they grow up and elect imbeciles like we have in government.
This is why they have to rewrite history, like this painting of Washington crossing the Delaware would violate the school policy, not only does it depict a gun but also a bayonet which we all know is pure evil.
I am so glad my kids were home-schooled and not subjected to this mentality.
Is it possible if you take a kid like this and force him to conform to oppression like this one day he will snap and bring a real gun to school and shoot this teacher ?
Did I really just elude to that ?

  1. When will it be time to drag these liberal assholes out and tie them to a tall lamppost with a short piece of rope? I'll donate the rope. The more of the type of stories I hear the madder I get. If I had school age children they would never set foot in a government indoctrination center.

  3. We homeschooled our five children after the first two completed about second grade, at the hands of those who were not bright enough to keep pets safe, let alone our most important investment in the future, our children. Had anyone called me to the school to tell me that my child had nibbled a pop tart in the shape of a gun, I would have laughed so hard I probably would have wet myself in their office. Goodness knows what the penalty for hysterical urination could be.

    1. Jane, Some of these school teachers aren't fit to even be alone with children, I would like to see a court case to that effect, I bet a jury would see it our way.

  4. Sad, though, isn't it...

This isn't the country in which I was born.

    1. Stephen, Someone needs to take this kid shooting and get him away from the insane asylum for a while.

  5. I made a comment on another forum about this issue and wondered if there was a photo of the poptart gun and lo and behold there is. Of course if you rotate it 90 degrees to the right it looks more like Idaho.................
The whole issue revolves (pun unintended) around the over reaction of the teacher and her 'perception' (and getting mad). If she had only let him finish eating it we would never have heard of any of them.....................

  6. Anon, Maybe they should ban kids from going outside because I doubt in the course of a day there isn't a cloud overhead that is a better resemblance of a gun.

  7. I was all shocked and outraged until I saw Baltimore, MD.

That's par for the course in the nanniest of all nanny states.

  8. Every time I read an idiotic story like this I think it can’t get worse, and then it does.
