It's easing up.

As I forecast a few weeks ago, the arms frenzy and supplies seems to be easing up a little for now.
I stopped by a large gun shop today and they had tons of S&W AR15's stacked on the floor on a pallet for $945
I expect in a few more weeks things will be back to like it was before Christmas, at least supply wise, prices may be a little inflated but one thing for sure, all arms and ammunition manufacturers are working in overtime, all shifts, around the clock to cash in on the situation and there may even be a glut on the market soon.

Be warned and don't get caught again when the next 'crisis' hits. It could come at any time.

  1. Hope so, but I'm not sure about the ammo situation... sigh

  2. I hope so as well. I haven't checked the local shops lately but I did pick up another S&W M&P 15-22 a few weeks ago. I also found a case of 5000 CCI mini mags for $399 online the other day. I got one but when I went back today they were out of the case lots. Primers are still hard to find but I'm still pretty well stocked.

    1. Six, I have found all the primers I need it's just the price is double. Online sales seem to be way behind in supply.

  3. Not here. There are still lines at the stores waiting for them to open, just about zero ammo to be found, and no magazines unless you are extremely lucky.
Online ammo is available in spurts, but at over $1 per round.

  4. It's still ridiculous in South East Texas. M&P15's going for 2000.00, .223 at a dollar a round, and 7.62x39 barnaul going for about the same. USGI 30 rounders are out there, they are just 50 bucks a pop and up. I haven't seen a Pmag since December. I haven't bought anything since November and don't plan on buying in the midst of the gouging either. A fool and his money are soon departed.

    1. Thanks for the update in your area, Some areas will see relief sooner than others. Ammo is still pricey.
